The NACDA & Affiliates Convention is the largest gathering of

intercollegiate athletics administrators in the country.

Due to the overwhelming interest of corporate attendees seeking interaction and engagement with intercollegiate athletics administrators, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) has reserved an expanded portion of its Convention educational programming for sponsors, exhibitors and corporate individuals who are interested in purchasing their own session based on content. The 2025 Convention is scheduled to take place June 8-11 at the World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, Fla.

There are a series of 30-minute time slots on Monday, June 9 and Tuesday, June 10 that are now available based on the four categories below:

Presenting rights to one 30-minute panel discussion with a name, image & likeness focus

Opportunity to own a 30-minute presentation time slot to showcase a brand, demo a product, etc.

Upon confirmation of purchase, the sponsor will work with NACDA to agree upon a specific direction for the session, then provide and secure speakers or panelists appropriate for the content. A collaborative effort will be made to ensure that panelists represent a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.

A sponsored session is one of the most intentional and interactive ways that an outside organization can connect with NACDA & Affiliates Convention attendees and enhance their presence within intercollegiate athletics, not only during their session time but throughout the course of the event.

Purchasing one of these assets will earn your organization recognition as a 2025 NACDA Convention Sponsor and will include a specified number of Convention registrations (NACDA is not responsible for the cost of travel, lodging or meal expenses for the selected panelists). The sponsor will also receive logo recognition on the NACDA website, on signage throughout the hotel, and within the Convention mobile app, as well as a complete listing of Convention attendees.
