CEFMA Announces 2025 Regional Conferences and Registration

CLEVELAND – The Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) is excited to announce that it will host two regional conferences in 2025.

The Northwest Regional will be Jan. 7-8 in Seattle, Washington, co-hosted by University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University. The Midwest Regional will be Jan. 28-29 in South Bend, Indiana co-hosted by University of Notre Dame and Grand Valley State University.

"CEFMA Regional Conferences are essential for fostering professional growth and networking among our members," said Brad Brown, current CEFMA President. "By hosting these events at the University of Washington and the University of Notre Dame, we aim to provide valuable in-person learning experiences while continuing to expand our reach across different regions."

Each regional conference will feature a full day of programming, preceded by a social event the evening before.

Agendas for the regionals are being finalized and will be shared soon.

To register for the Regional Conferences, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your NACDA membership portal and click on 'Event Registrations' on the left side.
  • Non-Member rate: $25
  • Member rate: No Cost
  • You must be a paid CEFMA member for 2024-25 in order to receive this rate. You can renew your membership within your portal anytime at members.nacda.com.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations after the date that is 30 days prior to the event date.
