Event Registration Information
CLICK HERE to register for the event. You must be a member of ICLA in order to attend and register for the ICLA Winter Symposium.
The Winter Symposium registration also includes access to the
Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show (January 22-24, 2025) for any non-exhibiting registrants.
While registration is included, you MUST register separately for each event.
NOTE: Cancelations made on or after December 27th are non-refundable. Cancelations made on, or prior to December 26th are subject to a $100 cancelation fee.

Winter Symposium Stipend Information
The purpose of the Winter Symposium Stipend Program is to attract ICLA college/university members who desire to excel in the collegiate licensing industry. This initiative seeks professionals who want to advance their trademark and licensing career, enhance their ability to raise funds for their institution, and create significant networking opportunities with numerous collegiate licensing administrators and industry experts.

Through ICLA's partnership with SLTS, the main block of rooms will be at the SAHARA. Limited blocks are available at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel.
