NACMA Announces Revenue Generation Summit Amidst Industry-Wide Changes

CLEVELAND – The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) announced the creation of a Revenue Generation Summit presented by Paciolan with the intent to prepare senior level marketing administrators for the sweeping changes occurring within intercollegiate athletics.
 
The Revenue Generation Summit will replace the Veterans Summit and take place April 13-15, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri.
 
"The business model of collegiate athletics continues to evolve," said Markeisha Everett, NACMA President and Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director/Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Cal. "Traditionally, marketers have been viewed as a cost center. However, with the rise of digital marketing tools, fan research, and data-driven insights, we now have the opportunity to pivot and strategically operate as revenue generators."
 
As the need for athletics departments to identify ways of generating additional revenue has never been greater, NACMA is committed to being a key resource for its members. The Revenue Generation Summit will bring together senior leaders from around the country to share best practices and hear from some of the best minds in professional sports, college sports and other industries about how they are maximizing revenue potential now and in the future.
 
"The NACMA Revenue Generation Summit is designed to empower professionals with programming, networking, and hands-on opportunities to think strategically about current and future revenue streams," Everett continued. "This summit will provide marketers with the tools necessary to unlock new avenues for revenue streams and drive sustainable revenue in a rapidly changing landscape."
 
Attendance will be invite-only and limited to veteran marketing administrators from across the country.
