CLEVELAND -- The McLendon Foundation is excited to announce a strategic partnership with the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation to empower diverse leaders in sports through access to the Leadership U for Humanity program. This initiative will provide McLendon Foundation alumni with leadership development, executive coaching, and the resources they need to excel in their careers.

Leadership U for Humanity is a leadership program developed by Korn Ferry for the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The six-month program focuses on developing diverse talent by offering leadership development, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Leadership U for Humanity seeks to bridge the gap in representation and ensure that future leaders reflect the diverse communities they serve.
